Movement Meditation
This class offers a unique approach to movement, encouraging your body to lead rather than be commanded. Often, we overlook the higher intelligence that our body holds to serve us. Held in a dimly lit room, participants are invited to close their eyes or maintain a soft gaze.

Maggie guides everyone through an 11-layer music journey, starting with the Gateway, where you can listen to your bodies intelligence by identifying limitations. As you progress through the layers, you will release physical and emotional tension, transforming acceptance into exceptional experiences. This process also balances the Yoga 5 Koshas, enhancing your connection with the body’s higher intelligence and freeing your mind from stress and worry. Peace Walker Workshop
In an increasingly fast-paced world, finding inner peace can feel like an uphill battle. The Peace Walker workshop is meticulously crafted to help you recalibrate and integrate every facet of your being, empowering you to embrace your authentic self. By the end of this transformative experience, you will emerge with invaluable insights on maintaining a deep sense of peace,
even in the face of adversity.
We will begin our journey with the Sounds of Stillness Meditation, infused with wisdom from The Four Noble Truths from life Dharma teaching. These powerful insights of the noble truths will ground and center you, setting the stage for a day of exploration. Throughout the workshop, we will delve into the Self growth that fits todays ever changing world. To end the journey, Maggie or a certified student will guide us into a Movement Meditation, nurturing both physical well-being and emotional growth. Maggie will end with a Light Therapy group session and closing cycle.
What are the Four Noble Truths? While a nun-monk, Maggie learned this wisdom from her teacher Master Monk Phra Bhasakorn. Discover the power of clarity and connection on inner peace and authenticity.
