Service Description
This class offers a unique approach to movement, encouraging your body to lead rather than be commanded. Often, we overlook the higher intelligence that our body holds to serve us. Held in a dimly lit room, participants are invited to close their eyes or maintain a soft gaze. Maggie guides everyone through an 11-layer music journey, starting with the Gateway, where you can listen to your bodies intelligence by identifying limitations. As you progress through the layers, you will release physical and emotional tension, transforming acceptance into exceptional experiences. This process also balances the Yoga 5 Koshas, enhancing your connection with the body’s higher intelligence and freeing your mind from stress and worry. The class concludes with stillness, allowing for body and mind repair and a natural meditative state. Participants often report feeling liberated from tension and fear, creating a blissful experience. You don’t need to be fit or a dancer; just come with a willingness to explore within yourself.
